We have an exciting opportunity for a Private Duty Nurse in the MT. Lebanon Area. This position offers day shifts from Monday to Friday, allowing for a better work-life balance. Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care following physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient condition, report changes, and document all activities promptly.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
• Take necessary nursing actions based on assessments and achieve expected outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience (New Grad Program available for recent graduates).
• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification (Hands-on BLS).
