Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a practicing nurse.
- Active and in good standing Nursing License.
- Current CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
- Observe and assess patient condition, reporting changes as needed.
- Document all activities and care provided in a timely manner.
- Participate and update nursing care plans.
- Implement nursing actions based on assessment and achieve expected outcomes.
- Recognize and intervene in changes in patient needs to prevent risks.
