You will be providing quality patient care, responding to patient needs, and working closely with physicians and supervisors to ensure the best possible outcomes. Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient conditions, report changes, and implement necessary interventions.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and according to protocols.
• Participate in developing and updating nursing care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes, self-care, and preventive strategies.

Requirements

• Active nursing license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 6 months of nursing experience preferred.
