Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse interested in providing one-on-one care in a home health setting? ChristianaCare is seeking a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in Delaware. This role involves administering medications, coordinating care, and building positive relationships with patients and their families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend a two-week orientation in Camden.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience a plus.
