Are you a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) interested in providing one-on-one care to patients in a home health setting? Join the ChristianaCare HomeHealth team for the Private Duty Nursing role. Our nurses support pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across Delaware, delivering expert medical care such as administering medications, gastric tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized care to medically fragile pediatric and adult patients.
• Coordinate care with patients' families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Establish positive relationships through compassionate and responsive care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts monthly.

Requirements

• Active DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Ability to complete a two-week daytime orientation in Camden office.
• Prior experience in home health or Long Term Care is advantageous.
• Preferably experienced in tracheostomy and ventilator care.
