Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an in-person event on 5/13. As a Private Duty Nurse at ChristianaCare HomeHealth, you will provide specialized care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities include administering medication, tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, ventilator support, and coordination of care with healthcare providers and families.
Responsibilities
- Deliver expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend orientation sessions.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience preferred.
- Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care is a plus.
