Job Description
ChristianaCare is seeking a compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeHealth team for in-home patient care. As a member of our dedicated staff, you will provide expert medical care, coordinate with families and healthcare providers, and administer treatments to pediatric and adult patients.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements:
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Completion of a two-week daytime orientation in our Camden office.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is beneficial.
- Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
