Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for an upcoming in-person event on May 13th. As a Private Duty Nurse at ChristianaCare HomeHealth, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate one-on-one care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in the home health setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Deliver expert and personalized care to medically fragile patients.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Cultivate positive relationships through compassionate and courteous service.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Work a minimum of two weekend shifts per month.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with a minimum of 1 year experience in healthcare.
• Completion of a two-week orientation in our Camden office followed by patient field orientation.
• Prior experience in home health and/or Long Term Care is a plus.
• Preference for candidates with tracheostomy and ventilator experience.
