Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) - In Person Event 5/13

Are you a compassionate nurse seeking to work one-on-one with patients in a home health setting? Join ChristianaCare as a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) for our In-Person Event on 5/13. Our Private Duty Nurses provide expert care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in DE, administering medications, gastric tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to medically fragile pediatric and/or adult patients.
• Coordinate care with families, physicians, and healthcare providers.
• Build positive relationships with compassion and courtesy.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Requirements

• DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
• Attend a two-week orientation in our office followed by patient field training.
• Home health or Long Term Care experience is a plus.
• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience preferred.
