Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to join ChristianaCare for an in-person event on 5/13. As part of our HomeHealth team, you will have the opportunity to work one on one with pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients throughout Delaware, providing expert medical care in the comfort of their homes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Build positive and compassionate relationships with patients.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with at least 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Ability to attend office and patient field orientations.
- Previous home health or Long Term Care experience is advantageous.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is preferred.
