Job Description
Are you a compassionate nurse interested in providing one-on-one care to patients in the home health setting? Join ChristianaCare as a Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) and help serve pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients across Delaware. Our dedicated team offers specialized medical care, including medication administration, tube feedings, tracheostomy maintenance, and ventilator support.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to medically fragile patients.
- Coordinate care with families and healthcare providers.
- Build positive relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Required to work at least two weekend shifts per month.
Requirements
- DE LPN or RN license with 1 year of healthcare experience.
- Completion of a two-week orientation in Camden office.
- Prior home health or Long Term Care experience is advantageous.
- Tracheostomy and ventilator experience is a plus.
