Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join Aveanna Healthcare, where you will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients while adhering to professional standards and care plans. Job Details

• Job Type: Full-time
• Salary: $28-32/hr

Responsibilities

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Observe and assess patient condition, report changes to supervisor or physician.
• Document nursing activities and care plans efficiently.
• Take necessary nursing actions and achieve expected outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education on disease processes and self-care.
• Maintain infection control measures in line with OSHA standards.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing School.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments and documentation.
• Specific state requirements may apply.

Preferences

• Recent experience as a Licensed Nurse in a clinical setting.
• Home health experience is a plus.

Skills/Abilities

• Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving.
• Effective communication and organization.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to speak, write, read and understand English.
• Must be able to travel and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Various physical activities may be required.

Environment

Must be able to function in diverse environments with potential exposure risks.
