Registered Nurse - Inpatient Rehab

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehab team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Staff Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing plan of care. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, deliver direct patient care, provide instruction, and facilitate continued care post-discharge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver professional nursing care based on individual patient needs.
• Work as an essential member of nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide patient education and prepare for post-discharge care.
• Possibility to take charge based on operational requirements.

Requirements

• Active nursing license.
• Minimum of 300 hours worked per calendar year.
• Completion of orientation, preferably full-time.
