Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As an essential member of our nursing and multidisciplinary teams, you will provide professional nursing care to patients through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans. The role includes direct patient care, education, and preparing patients for ongoing care transitions.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with various health conditions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of nursing care plans.
• Continuously evaluate and adjust nursing interventions based on patient needs.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
• Preferably a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or actively pursuing one.
• Experience in a specific clinical area is preferred.
• Minimum one year of nursing experience.
