Job Description

Pay Rate: $27-32/HR

Essential Job Functions

• Deliver and coordinate quality patient care in compliance with physician orders.
• Assess patient condition, report changes, and document care activities timely.
• Develop and update nursing care plans based on assessments.
• Implement care to achieve expected outcomes and prevent risks.
• Educate patients and families on disease processes and self-care techniques.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current, unrestricted state RN license and CPR certification.
• Proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience under current license.

Preferences

• 6 months of recent experience in a clinical care setting.
• Home health experience.

Other Skills/Abilities

• Attention to detail, time management, problem-solving.
• Good organization and communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 pounds, prolonged walking, standing, bending.
• Must have visual, hearing acuity, and strong sense of smell and touch.
• Ability to respond to emergency situations.

Environment

Must be able to function in various environments with possible exposure to allergens and infectious diseases.
