Job Description

The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Emergency Room. As a Registered Professional Nurse, you will be responsible for managing patient care through the nursing process, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
• Demonstrate critical thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Registered Professional Nurse license in NYS.
• Preferably one year of Emergency Department experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
