Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at The University of Vermont Health Network. As a Resource RN, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population across multiple units within the UVM Medical Center. This position entails collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in various inpatient units including Medical-Surgical, Cardiology/Telemetry, Critical Care, and Maternal Child.
• Work alongside RNs and LNAs to cover staffing needs across different units.
• Utilize a wide range of nursing skills and experience in a dynamic healthcare environment.
• Receive training and support from our leadership team to ensure success in this unique role.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of direct nursing experience.
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and ability to adapt to change.
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
