Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join The University of Vermont Health Network. As a member of our Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to our patients with complex conditions, while actively engaging in quality improvement initiatives and research projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to patients through comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans.
- Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and mentorship opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Current RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the State of Vermont.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, or willingness to obtain as outlined in the terms of employment.
- Minimum of one year of relevant nursing experience.
