Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Field Nurse specialized in Home Care to join our team. As part of ChristianaCare HomeHealth, you will have the opportunity to provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community. Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure proficiency in IV functions or willing to undergo training to perform IV tasks.
- Develop discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical is advantageous.
