Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Home Health team at ChristianaCare. As a Field Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to geriatric patients in the community, ensuring their well-being and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients at their homes.
- Develop and implement patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure IV proficiency and administer IV treatments.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required, ADN candidates need to obtain BSN within three years.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent Home Health RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
