Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, supporting the Newark, DE area. This role requires IV proficiency and the development of patient-centered care plans.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care and prescribed treatment to geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented, patient-centered care plans.
- Ensure proficiency in IV functions and treatment.
- Plan for patient discharge in coordination with healthcare team.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within 3 years of start date.
- Current DE or compact state RN license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
