Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our HomeHealth team at ChristianaCare. As a Field Nurse, you will provide expert care and support to geriatric patients in the community. This is a Full-Time position based in Newark, DE, with a focus on delivering patient-centered care while utilizing cutting-edge technology and comprehensive training.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients in the community.
- Develop and implement goal-oriented care plans in alignment with patient needs.
- Ensure IV proficiency and provide IV functions as required.
- Participate in discharge planning for patients.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.

Work Schedule
- Permanent, full-time position
- $32.00 - $44.00 per hour pay range
- Expected hours: 20-40 per week
- Day shift with rotating weekends and on-call shifts
