Job Description
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is looking for a qualified Full Time RN to join our team for the Newark, DE and surrounding area. This role involves providing skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community, developing patient-centered care plans, and ensuring patient discharge plans are in place. The ideal candidate must be IV proficient or willing to train for IV functions.
Responsibilities
- Administer skilled nursing care and treatments to geriatric patients.
- Develop goal-oriented and patient-centered care plans.
- Create discharge plans for patients.
- Be proficient in IV functions or willing to undergo training.
Requirements
- BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain a BSN within three years of employment.
- Current DE RN license or compact state license.
- 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
- Prior experience in Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical is preferred.
