Job Description
Atrium Health is looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Home Health for a full-time position in Charlotte, North Carolina. As part of the Atrium Health At Home team, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to adult and geriatric patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Serve as a case manager for assigned patients
- Provide direct patient care and supervise LPNs and HHAs
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure high-quality patient outcomes and satisfaction
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Current RN license or temporary license
- BLS certification required
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability to handle patient care tasks
