Registered Nurse (RN) - Nurse Resident - $30+ per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Resident to join our team at INTEGRIS Health in Spencer, Oklahoma. In this role, you will provide exceptional care to patients within our Sexual Trauma and Abuse Rehabilitation team. As a Nurse Resident, you will perform basic patient care tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, ensuring patient safety and well-being. Responsibilities

• Perform personal patient care tasks such as bathing, oral care, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Assist in maintaining patient safety and adherence to protocols.
• Conduct and document basic diagnostic tests.
• Assist in patient admission and discharge processes.
• Participate in selected sterile procedures under supervision.

Requirements

• Must be a new graduate or eligible to graduate from an accredited Nursing Program.
• Ability to work under supervision and follow guidelines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
