Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatrics - $32-58 per hour

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatrics to join our team at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. As part of the pediatric hematology/oncology & bone marrow transplant unit, you will have the opportunity to care for a diverse patient population in a cutting-edge medical facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and assist with daily operations.
• Coordinate patient care, allocation of resources, and communication.
• Contribute to program development and oversight, staff management, and performance evaluation.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain professional competency.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current RN license.
• Minimum of two years nursing experience preferred; previous management experience is a plus.
• BSN required; enrollment in a BSN program within 1 year for RNs without BSN.
• BLS certification required, with additional professional certification within 1 year.
