Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Genesis Healthcare. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient delivery of nursing care, maintaining high clinical standards, and promoting patient, family, and employee satisfaction.

Position Highlights

• Report to the Director of Nursing.
• Lead and direct clinical operations on assigned shift.
• Implement care delivery models and processes.
• Participate in recruitment, staff orientation, and development.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN licensure.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience.
• Minimum of two years experience in long-term care.
• BSN preferred.
