Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Women and Children's Unit. As part of our dynamic multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering collaborative, high-quality, family-centered care to our patients. Our unit is equipped with modern facilities, including LDRP suites, inpatient rooms, observation rooms, and an Operating Room, providing an advanced environment for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to women and children.
- Collaborate with board certified OBGYN’s, Nurse Midwives, and other healthcare professionals.
- Support patients through labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for mothers and newborns.
Requirements
- Valid RN license.
- Experience in labor and delivery is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
