As a Rehabilitation Therapist, you will conduct home visit assessments, provide direct patient care, and collaborate with a supportive team.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) college or university.
• Hold an unencumbered Physical Therapy (PT) license for New York.
• Experience in EMR documentation is a plus.
• CPR Certification.
