Job Description
We are looking for a Rental Quality Assurance Representative to join the high-energy team at Avis Budget Group. As part of the enterprise, you will be responsible for inspecting our vehicles to ensure they meet customer quality assurance standards for rental readiness. This role involves using mobile devices to input vehicle status data, coordinating vehicle movements, and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors and flexibility with shifts.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, enter/exit vehicles, and drive various vehicles.
- 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
- Previous retail customer service experience is a plus.
