Restaurant General Manager
Arby’s is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead operational excellence at one of our restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch customer service, and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of managers and crew members to drive successful operations in People, Profitability, and Operations areas.
- Provide leadership and guidance to uphold high standards of customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations.
- Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, and employee supervision.
- Manage vendor relationships and address customer concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
- ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
