Arby’s is seeking a dynamic Restaurant General Manager to lead operational excellence at one of our restaurants. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring top-notch customer service, and fostering a culture of respect and collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and crew members to drive successful operations in People, Profitability, and Operations areas.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to uphold high standards of customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and state regulations.
  • Handle human resource functions such as staffing, training, and employee supervision.
  • Manage vendor relationships and address customer concerns promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of fast-food restaurant management experience.
  • ServSafe Food Safety Certification preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
