L.L.Bean is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager of Visual Merchandising to join our team at Wayside Commons in Burlington, MA. This role is crucial for driving business results, developing talent, and delivering a legendary customer experience. As an integral part of the retail team, the Assistant Store Manager works closely with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising plans, ensure timely execution of marketing directives, and contribute to employee recruitment and training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver world-class customer service.
• Ensure excellent brand experience through visual merchandising.
• Communicate priorities for visual merchandising.
• Implement merchandise plans and seasonal floor set directives.
• Execute store marketing directives accurately and on time.
• Contribute to employee recruitment and hiring.
• Address employee issues and provide feedback and coaching.
• Drive the Learn, Try, Buy, and Enjoy experience.
• Lead compliance with Loss Prevention policies.

Requirements

• Associate's degree with 3+ years of retail experience.
• Strong visual merchandising acumen.
• Proven leadership skills to motivate employees.
• Ability to achieve sales and service goals.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
