Job Description

We are hiring a Store Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This full-time position offers an average of 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service, assist shoppers, and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Contribute feedback to management, participate in inventory counts, and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Proficiency in operating a cash register and retail equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
