Retail Sales Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Help with inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company procedures and maintain document security
• Perform physical tasks like stocking and lifting up to 45 pounds

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide top-notch customer service and operate a cash register
• Skilled in equipment operation and general cleaning tasks
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Prior retail experience is a plus
