Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join the team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to ensure a pleasant shopping experience for our customers. By working collaboratively with the ALDI team and delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in creating a positive atmosphere for everyone.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise
• Assist customers, work with team members, and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies
• Follow company procedures, policies, and uphold security measures

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment
• Experience in retail operations preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
