Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $18.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, stock shelves, and maintain product displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers, and process purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and ensure accuracy during stock counts.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle basic equipment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
