Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team at Treeo Senior Living, a Leisure Care managed community. As a Sales Advisor, you will play a key role in cultivating relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources to communicate the unique benefits of our retirement community and facilitate move-ins.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth discovery to understand the needs of prospects.
- Lead guided tours for prospective residents and family members.
- Coordinate and execute sales and marketing activities through various channels.
- Maintain an accurate prospect database and perform timely follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the community.
Requirements
- A passion for sales.
- Preferably two years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Compensation includes a base wage plus commission.
