Job Description

Join Aldi as a Store Associate and play a key role in ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a member of the ALDI team, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to the highest standards.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) in your daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure merchandise displays are well-organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers and collaborating effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute to inventory counts and uphold cash policies to minimize losses.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
