Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean store environment, and ensuring efficient operations.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies and professionalism.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock products.
• Assist customers, collaborate with colleagues, and provide feedback to management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, uphold security, and confidentiality standards.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Capable of using store equipment and following cleaning procedures.
• Strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail.
• High school diploma preferred, with retail experience considered beneficial.
