We are looking for a Scheduler / Billing professional to join Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK. As a Community Program Center for Women's Health Clinical Materials Analyst, you will play a key role in charge capture, resolving billing discrepancies, and managing materials. Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate daily charge capture.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Update materials in the Charge Master and provide reports.
• Schedule OR and delivery cases.
• Independently bring project solutions to management.
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers.
• Cooperate with all stakeholders and demonstrate a commitment to service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Preferred qualifications include a degree in a healthcare-related field or prior billing/scheduling experience.
