Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote) to provide strategic leadership in the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs supporting small and large molecule compounds in oncology. The position involves managing various responsibilities related to clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics, including planning and reviewing drug development plans, applying model-informed drug development principles, and maintaining compliance with regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or a related field with over 12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. Proficiency in quantitative analyses, prior experience in regulatory interactions, and the ability to build and lead a pharmacometrics team are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, oversight, analysis, and reporting of pharmacometrics programs.
• Manage clinical pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics responsibilities.
• Plan and review drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Apply model-informed drug development principles to guide decision-making.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and ensure high-quality review of deliverables.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Proficiency in quantitative analyses and pharmacometrics software.
