Senior Director, Pharmacometrics (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a strategic leader to join our team as a Senior Director, Pharmacometrics. In this role, you will provide oversight, analysis, and reporting for pharmacometrics programs supporting compounds in oncology from discovery through post-marketing. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, preparation, and review of pharmacometrics-related drug development plans and regulatory filings.
• Mentor and supervise a team, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
• Represent Jazz in interactions with regulatory agencies and respond to inquiries related to pharmacometrics.
• Develop and administer budgets, resource plans, and performance objectives for the pharmacometrics staff.

Requirements

• PhD in pharmaceutical sciences or related field with 12+ years of industry experience.
• Proven ability to build and lead a pharmacometrics team, with proficiency in quantitative analyses.
• Extensive understanding of global regulatory requirements and experience in managing collaborations.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Base pay range: $220,000-$330,000.
• Potential for annual cash bonus, incentive compensation, and equity grants.
