Jazz Pharmaceuticals plc is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Analytics and Operations to deliver field force analytics and operational effectiveness for the Sleep Business Unit under the US Business Operations and Analytics department. This role involves field target planning, process optimization, analytics, performance measurement, and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field force effectiveness initiatives and customer targeting strategies.
• Design and implement customer call planning tools.
• Create performance reports and dashboards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Data Strategy and Commercial IS teams to drive business analytics and technology enhancements.

Requirements

• Experience with pharmaceutical data platforms like IQVIA and Symphony.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Veeva, and MDM is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in sales analytics, operations, or consulting in the pharmaceutical industry.
