Job Description

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a dedicated Senior Neurology Account Manager for our Manhattan location. As a part of our innovative team, you will be responsible for establishing partnerships, executing promotional activities, and driving the successful launch and sales growth of our products in the epilepsy market. This role requires a high level of adaptability, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Implement local market sales launch plan and achieve specific goals.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and epilepsy centers.
  • Stay informed about the disease state, product landscape, and competitive environment.
  • Analyze and leverage data to develop strategic business plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in biotech/pharmaceutical sales.
  • Demonstrated success in exceeding territory goals and launching biotech/pharma products.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with interdisciplinary care teams.

Additional Information

Jazz Pharmaceuticals offers a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $136,000-$204,000, discretionary annual bonuses, equity grants, medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k retirement plan, and flexible paid vacation.
