Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Neurology Account Manager to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals' dynamic team in Manhattan. The ideal candidate will have a high level of clinical aptitude, empathy, and strategic thinking to establish partnerships with key stakeholders supporting patients and families. In this role, you will execute local market sales plans, build relationships with customers and key opinion leaders, and collaborate with internal and external partners. The position requires adaptability, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive projects to completion in an innovative manner.

Responsibilities

  • Execute local market sales launch plan to drive product success.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers and epilepsy centers.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Jazz products, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze data to develop strategic business plans and achieve shared objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 5 years of biotech/pharmaceutical experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in specialty pharmaceutical sales.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and account management skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% and work flexible hours.
