Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign tasks according to the positioning chart.
• Manage kitchen flow to optimize ticket times and efficiency.
• Maintain adequate prep levels and prevent food shortages.
• Delegate prep and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Ensure proper plating of all dishes.
• Monitor breaks and support staff morale.
• Adhere to safety protocols and standards.
• Complete all required checklists and prep lists.
