Job Description
The University of Vermont Health Network is seeking a dedicated Staff Psychologist to join our team at UVM Medical Center. In this role, you will provide psychological services to patients across various clinical settings, including inpatient units, outpatient programs, and specialty clinics. Responsibilities include diagnostic evaluations, clinical assessments, interventions, staff consultation, and program development.
Additional Information
The successful candidate will collaborate with clinicians to provide psychotherapy and support to patients referred by the Cancer Center. Emphasis is placed on supportive interventions for patients adjusting to diagnosis and treatment. We encourage applicants with a background in multicultural psychology and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Doctoral degree in clinical psychology from APA or CPA accredited program.
- Valid Psychologist-PhD license.
- Minimum 3 years’ post-licensure experience in Clinical Psychology.
- Training in Psycho-Oncology is highly preferred.
