Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Stroke care to join our team at Advocate Aurora Health in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position involves providing comprehensive patient care, promoting safety, and working collaboratively with a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Anticipate changes in patient conditions and coordinate appropriate care.

- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous education.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse license in Wisconsin.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical nursing experience.
- Proficient computer and communication skills.
