Job Description

We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team at Aldi as Cashiers or Stockers. As a part-time team member, you will assist in operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing exceptional customer service. This position offers a dynamic work environment where each day brings new challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with leaders.
• Uphold security and confidentiality standards.
• Perform cashier duties: process purchases, stock merchandise, provide customer assistance, and monitor inventory.
• Perform stocker duties: organize and rotate products, follow merchandising guidelines, operate machinery safely.
• Fulfill physical demands of the role, including lifting and walking.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Time management and product knowledge.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Retail experience is a plus.
