Stocker/Cashier (Part Time)

Job Description

Join ALDI as a Part-Time Stocker/Cashier and contribute to enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. In this role, you will operate cash registers, stock shelves, maintain store appearance, and provide outstanding customer service in a collaborative team environment. With an average of fewer than 30 hours per week, this position offers a starting wage of $18.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

Cashier:

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean checkout area
• Assist customers, provide feedback on products, and manage inventory accurately
• Adhere to cash handling policies to ensure minimal losses

Stocker:

• Stock shelves with fresh products and create appealing displays
• Organize inventory, operate machinery, and adhere to safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Prompt customer service and adherence to company policies
• Operate equipment safely as required for the role

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior retail experience preferred
